UI Design

Stage 1: Stakeholder Meeting

Goals:

  • Understand the business objectives and product vision.

  • Identify key user-related hypotheses.

  • Define success metrics.

Stakeholder Insights for Fntzr:

Primary Goals: creating a simple game that allows you to have fun in the company

Must-Have Features: simple onboarding, story creation tools, and the ability to share completed stories.

Stage 2: User Research

Goals:

  • Define the main segment.

  • Identify user needs and potential barriers.

Method: conduct problem interviews with potential users.

For interviews, I found people who are already achieving the desired emotional state and have jobs that Fntzr could help them accomplish better.

I have identified three segments:

  • Social Organizers

  • Humor Enthusiasts

  • Creative Explorers

The most suitable segment for the product was identified as "Social Organizers."

For the chosen segment, I created a Customer Journey Map.

Stage 3: Ideation and Feature Prioritization

Goals:

  • Brainstorm ideas based on research insights.

  • Select features for the MVP.

After researching competitors and interviewing potential users, we identified the key needs and pain points of our segment.

Stage 4: Prototyping

Goals:

  • Create a visual representation of the product.

  • Validate the user experience.

Methods:

Low-Fidelity Wireframes.
Interactive Prototype: A clickable Figma prototype to test navigation.

Stage 5: Prototype Testing

Goals:

  • Validate UX hypotheses and identify pain points.

  • Gather user feedback.

Methods:

The wireframes have been refined to incorporate key adjustments.

Stage 6: MVP Development

Goals:

Build a Minimum Viable Product focusing on the core value—"creating shared stories."

Artifacts:

  • Design System: Styles, components, and UI elements for consistency.

  • Design Scenarios

The product will soon be available in stores, and we’re excited to see how our audience enjoys it! 😎 💪
