Fntzr is an exciting new mobile app designed to bring fun and creativity to group settings. Inspired by the classic game "Continue the Story," Fntzr allows each player to add their unique twist to a shared story, resulting in unexpected, hilarious, and engaging narratives.

Stage 1: Stakeholder Meeting
Goals:
Understand the business objectives and product vision.
Identify key user-related hypotheses.
Define success metrics.
Stakeholder Insights for Fntzr:
Primary Goals: creating a simple game that allows you to have fun in the company
Must-Have Features: simple onboarding, story creation tools, and the ability to share completed stories.
Stage 2: User Research
Goals:
Define the main segment.
Identify user needs and potential barriers.
Method: conduct problem interviews with potential users.
For interviews, I found people who are already achieving the desired emotional state and have jobs that Fntzr could help them accomplish better.
I have identified three segments:
Social Organizers
Humor Enthusiasts
Creative Explorers
The most suitable segment for the product was identified as "Social Organizers."
For the chosen segment, I created a Customer Journey Map.
Stage 3: Ideation and Feature Prioritization
Goals:
Brainstorm ideas based on research insights.
Select features for the MVP.
After researching competitors and interviewing potential users, we identified the key needs and pain points of our segment.
Stage 4: Prototyping
Goals:
Create a visual representation of the product.
Validate the user experience.
Methods:
Low-Fidelity Wireframes.
Interactive Prototype: A clickable Figma prototype to test navigation.
Stage 5: Prototype Testing
Goals:
Validate UX hypotheses and identify pain points.
Gather user feedback.
Methods:
The wireframes have been refined to incorporate key adjustments.
Stage 6: MVP Development
Goals:
Build a Minimum Viable Product focusing on the core value—"creating shared stories."
Artifacts:
Design System: Styles, components, and UI elements for consistency.
